By downloading, accessing, or using Calling (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
Calling is a personal development application that offers personalized insights, goal tracking, mood tracking, and guided reflection. Content provided through the Service is for informational and motivational purposes only.
Not professional advice
Calling does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, contact a qualified professional or a crisis helpline immediately.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information and to maintain the security of your credentials. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to the Service or other users.
Subscriptions
Certain features may require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple under its terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
Content
Insights, recommendations, and other outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Social Fabric Digital LLC is not responsible for decisions you make based on content in the Service.
User content
You retain ownership of all data you input (goals, answers, mood entries, and similar content). We do not claim ownership of your content.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service where permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Social Fabric Digital LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
